Congratulations to Barb Lantz

It's Women's History Month, and Good Shepherd’s own Barb Lantz has been chosen as a South Sound Exceptional Woman! This celebration is organized by the Thurston County Soroptimists.

Barb was selected for the work she does with the CIELO Satellite Food Bank. Barb works on organizing the Food Bank — from all the volunteers that help the day of distribution, she organizes the food we receive, organizes the hygiene and cleaning products, and is the contact with CIELO and the Thurston County Food Bank. In fact, half of her garage is dedicated to storage for all the hygiene and cleaning products.  

Because of COVID, there will be no celebration luncheon, but there will be a virtual ceremony in May.
