Are you looking for an opportunity to serve in a church ministry that helps kids and families in our local community?  Volunteer with ASTP!

Van Driver

Small Commitment – Tuesdays and/or Thursdays from 2:30 – 3:30. You choose the day(s). We also need substitute drivers.

Pick up students from Reeve’s Middle School at 3:02 and transport them to tutoring.

Qualifications – You must be 25 years of age or older, have a valid Washington State driver’s license, and be able to drive the church’s 14-passenger van.

Snack Preparer *NEW*

Small Commitment –  Tuesdays and Thursdays from  2:00 – 3:00. You choose the day(s).

Prepare fresh fruits and veggies, serve the snack, take roll and answer the phone during snack time.

Qualifications – You must be a freshman in high school or older.

Activity Time Helper

Small Commitment –  Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:45 – 4:15. You choose the day(s).

Supervise and interact with students during their activity time.

Qualifications – You must be a freshman in high school or older.

Tutor

Small Commitment – Tutor one or two days each week, Tuesdays or  Thursdays, from 4:15 – 5:30. You choose the day(s).

Help a student complete homework assignments, organize a notebook or backpack, read and take notes, and increase skills and abilities.

Qualifications – You must be a sophomore in high school or older (Freshmen may be considered on an individual basis).
