Free and Open to All
Register now for a 4-week group study session taking place in March and April on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 p.m. on 3/26, 4/2, 4/23, and 4/30 in Room 160. Learn more about living with and supporting those whose lives are touched by mental illness. The bestselling book, An Unquiet Mind, by Kay Redfield Jamison, will serve as a touch-point for our conversation as we reflect with others on the impact of mental illness on our lives, our families, and our culture.
These sessions will be led by mental health (NAMI) professionals and counselors and hosted by The Lutheran Church of The Good Shepherd. The book is free for the first 22 people to register (1 book per family, please) and commit to attending all four sessions. Registration is open to all in our community. To register, please call Beth Holmes at 360-357-3554.
