Gifts For The Child An Epiphany Service

Wednesday, January 10

Meal at 5:45 p.m. – Worship at 6:30 p.m.

After the busyness of Christmas, amidst the dark winter days and through the long reaching shadows of tragedy in our world; it is important that we turn to the light of Christ, beckoning us like the North Star.

During this festive evening we’ll worship a little bit differently. Experience the wonder of the Star, the mystery of the Magi, and marvel at God’s light that helps us see better.

Epiphany is a simple tale: magi from far away sought Jesus and brought gifts. While not every child needs gold, frankincense or myrrh, there is a real need in our community and around the world for items for babies and toddlers. As part of our celebration we’ll be gathering offerings of:

  • Diapers
  • Diaper wipes
  • Pull-ups
  • Kids Tooth paste
  • Kids Toothbrushes
  • Baby Food
  • Formula

Items will be distributed to The Other Bank and Thurston County Food Bank.

Join us as we shine as God’s Light in the world for all people.
